Shreeja India is planning to launch a vocational training unit soon. The objective is to train young women (16-30 years) from disadvantaged backgrounds. We intend to socio-economically enrich them with employable skills, access to employment and entrepreneurship opportunities.
Our Research & Monitoring Team is currently attempting to get a feedback from the eligible young women about their interests and aptitudes. After careful deliberation, we shall select the list of vocational training programs to be rendered either directly or indirectly by connecting our young women to appropriate institutions.
The given process will help to maximize their potentials in their chosen fields. A few shortlisted courses include Tailoring & Stitching, Beautician course, Driving, Nursing, Cooking, Electrician, CPR and First-aid instructors, etc.
