Shreeja India has an in-house research and monitoring unit under the supervision of Prof. Soudeep Deb, Assistant Professor of Decision Sciences and Young Faculty Research Chair at Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
The in-house research team focuses on detailed program evaluations, beneficiary and stakeholder feedback, along with identifying community needs to design new interventions.
Shreeja India’s in-house research team has already executed research on the progress mapping and a needs-based assessment for Change Management associated with the Football & Beyond program. Currently, the team is working on “Imparting Foundational Knowledge among Rural Children: A Case Study of Project Vidushee under Shreeja India’s Football & Beyond Program”..
